Use your C2A Card to pay traffic fines
After a traffic violation, your trucks may be held up while awaiting the payment of a traffic fine. You need to act fast!
For example, your driver was stopped in Belgium and the police told him he had committed a traffic violation since “his transporter’s licence as presented cannot be verified since it has been plasticised”. He has to pay a €900 fine on the spot in order to continue on his way.
With the C2A Truck payment card, the driver can pay his traffic fine immediately with his card or by withdrawing cash from the nearest ATM (up to €3,000 per day of cash withdrawals authorised). Just as with normal bank cards, C2A cards work anywhere Maestro or MasterCard® payment cards are accepted. The truck may continue on its way without any time lost. The expenditure is debited directly from your company’s account and your driver doesn’t need to advance the funds: he only has to bring you back the invoice or proof of payment.
As the manager of your C2A account, you can monitor each of your drivers’ expenditures in real time via our C2A e-@ccount expenses management system, which allows you to control the spending limit and their expenditures.
