Use your C2A Card instead of giving your drivers cash
Do you have to give your drivers cash advances when they travel?
That method is risky for your company and the driver. With the C2A Truck card, do away with cash advances: transfer money to your driver’s card based on his needs.
With your C2A cards, your drivers can withdraw cash or pay for their purchases with complete safety, based on limits that you set in advance.
You can thus limit the risk of fraud, theft and muggings, while improving your cash flow management!
C2A cards are automatically authorised, and just as normal bank cards, they work wherever Maestro and MasterCard® payment cards are accepted. The expenditure is debited directly from your company’s account and your driver doesn’t need to advance the funds: he only has to bring you back the invoice or proof of payment.
As the manager of your C2A account, you can monitor each of your drivers’ activity in real time via our C2A e-@ccount expenses management system, which allows you to control the spending limit and their expenditures.
